The Minister of (Supreme Federal Court) released the accounts of the social networks of influencer Bruno Aiub, known as, in decision this Friday (7).

Monarch had had his accounts blocked by the minister in 2023 under the January 8 investigations.

Moraes had also determined that Monark refrained from doing “publication, replication and sharing of fraudulent news” about the performance of the STF and the (Superior Electoral Court), stipulating a daily fine of $ 10,000 in the event of Failure.

At the time of this blockade, the decision was justified with speech by Monarchk during an interview with federal deputy Filipe Barros (PL-PR) on the Rumble platform. “Why is he (Supreme) willing to ensure non-transparency in the elections?” The influencer said at the time.

In September 2024, the suspension of monarch profiles, denying two appeals presented by his defense. In addition, it imposed a fine of $ 300,000 on podcaster, on the grounds that he opened new accounts after the decision.
