  • 250 g of Chinese cabbage,
  • 1 green cucumber,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 can of tuna in own sauce,
  • Several fresh dill branches.

Sos:

  • 20 g of Greek yogurt,
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Put the eggs in the pot, pour cold water and boil. When the water begins to boil, cook the eggs for about 5 minutes. Peel from the shell and cut into thin strips. Transfer to a bowl.

Wash the Chinese cabbage thoroughly under running water. Then dry the leaves using a paper towel. When it is dry, remove the outer leaves if they are damaged. Chop the cabbage into thin stripes and put it to eggs. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water. Also cut into thin strips. Peel the shell onion, chop finely. Chop the dill. Transfer all ingredients to the bowl.

Open a can of tuna and drain the excess fluid thoroughly. After draining, crush with a fork into smaller pieces and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Place mayonnaise in a small bowl, add a teaspoon of lemon juice and pour in half a teaspoon of sugar. Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Mix and pour into a large bowl with vegetables, eggs and tuna. Cover and put in the fridge about 20 minutes before serving.
