Servers even triggered the STF so as not to return the aid, claiming good faith.
In the manifestation sent to the Supreme, the TJ-MT cited the Constitution and the Minimum Salary as a guarantee of the vital needs of the worker.
“Because of this, it is even more evident that the judiciary has a duty to guarantee its servants and magistrates the full compliance with constitutional principles regarding subsidies and other funds they are entitled to.”
The court also stated that it is a punctual adjustment and that the amount of $ 10,000 is “quite reasonable” when diluted throughout the month of the year, which was not the case. “Budget limitations often make it impossible to grant continuous and permanent adjustments,” he says.
