Deputy states that the motivation was a statement in the plenary of the House in which he called Fábio Shoor, the corporation, “Putinha do Moraes”
The federal deputy (PL-SP) said on Monday (10.FEV.2025) that was summoned by the (Federal Police) by a speech “outrageous” made in the House of Representatives. On August 14, 2024, the congressman called the delegate of the corporation Fábio Shoor de “Putinha do Alexandre de Moraes”.
In his X profile, Eduardo says that the corporation wants to open an administrative proceeding to investigate it for a crime against honor. The deputy is a licensed federal police.
According to the deputy, there has already been a failed attempt to start a judicial process for his speech in Congress. He stated that there are PF rules that prevented the process from being taken further by the penalties being very low. Now, the administrative investigation would be based on the violation of the corporation’s internal regulation to which Eduardo, being a licensed employee, would be submitted.

The speech to which Eduardo refers to is August 14, 2024. The deputy criticized the performance of delegate Fábio Alvarez Shoor, who conducts investigations on January 8, of which Minister Alexandre de Moraes is a rapporteur at the Supreme Court (Supreme Court Federal). With a photo of the PF employee in hand in the Plaise in the plenary of the House, he calls him “Putinha do Alexandre de Moraes”.
On the same day, the deputy (Novo-RS) made the same gesture to criticize shorts. Said the delegate “Creates fraudulent reports to maintain” “Arrested illegally and without reasoning”.
