São Paulo capital should register a maximum of 33ºC, with the possibility of rain showers, although less intense than the day before
In the coming days, it will face challenging weather conditions, with two main concerns: one that moves to the southeast and heavy rainfall in various regions. From this Wednesday (12), the heat wave, which already affects the south of the country, should reach the Southeast, including São Paulo and the Northeast. Temperatures in the south, especially in Rio Grande do Sul, are significantly above average, with Porto Alegre recording almost 40ºC. West of Santa Catarina and southern Paraná are also on the route of this heat wave.
This Tuesday (11), a cold front and a low atmospheric pressure system approach the southern region, increasing cloudiness in Rio Grande do Sul and adjacent areas. Nevertheless, the day will be hot, with temperatures rising in the afternoon. The forecast rain will not be bulky, but it can bring some relief.
In Santa Catarina, time must remain firmer. In the Southeast, the heat predominates, with Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo facing high temperatures and little rain. The state capital should register a maximum of 33ºC, with the possibility of rain showers, although less intense than the day before. In the Midwest, the rain focuses on Mato Grosso, Federal District and Goiás, with stronger blows. Temperatures in other capitals, such as Palmas and Brasilia, are also high, with maximums of 27ºC and 29ºC, respectively.
