Cannelloni with minced meat This is a real treat for lovers of Italian cuisine. This dish combines the best features of lasagne and bolognese sauce. Prepare good quality minced meat, pasta, tomato passata and work. Such a dish will be perfect for dinner, you can also give it to guests during the party.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 250 g Rurek Cannelloni,
- 500 g of minced beef meat,
- 200 g of smoked bacon,
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
- ½ teaspoon salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper,
- 150 g of grated Parmesan cheese,
- 250 g Tartego Sera Mozzarella.
Tomato sauce:
- 2 cans of cut tomatoes 400 g,
- 200 ml of tomato passage,
- 25 g of tomato concentrate,
- 1 onion,
- 3 cloves of garlic,
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
- ½ teaspoon salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper,
- 1 teaspoon of basil,
- 1 teaspoon of oregano.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and add minced meat. Fry them until the raw color is lost. Then move them aside and add the diced bacon. When the fat begins to melt, combine both meats together and fry them for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan and put it in.
Prepare the sauce. In a frying pan after frying meat fry in olive oil finely chopped onion for vitrification. Add chopped garlic and keep everything together on fire for a minute.
Add tomato concentrate and all spices for the sauce. Mix, then add cut tomatoes and passata. Cook everything for about 15 minutes to thicken. Transfer half the sauce to the meat and mix.
Fold Cannelloni. Pour the second half of the sauce into the heat -resistant dish. Take one Cannelloni tube and fill it with a meat mixture. Put them into an ovenproof dish. If you have any residues of stuffing, spread it evenly on the tubes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Insert the dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes, until a nice browning on top and softness of the pasta. Cannelloni with minced meat Remove and set aside for 5 minutes to cool. Then cut and serve until warm.
