In his statement, Rutênio openly said that Paulo Machado’s speech was more important than Nabiha.
Pressured about this statement, Rutênio said that in Seme there was’ a situation of expectation of power and that he could not speak for him (Paulo Machado) or for her (Nabiha Bestene).
“I can’t speak for him or for her. There was an intensification of the spirits that came to this situation. But Mr. Paulo Machado will provide the clarifications necessary for his speech, ”said the leader.
The two requirements were presented by Councilman Eber Machado, but only what he invites and makes room to Mr. Paulo Machado, was approved in the City Council.
