“The facts found can configure crimes of frustration of the competitive character of bidding, ideological falsehood, use of false document and estelionate against the public administration,” says the controllership note.
The bodies also reported that they are adopting steps to prevent criminal action from compromising the continuity of services provided by the investigated contracts, “reducing damage to the public administration and the population.”
The two fugitives of the prison, Rogério da Silva Mendonça, 36, known as hammer, and Deibson Cabral Nascimento, 34, called Tatu or Deisinho, were only recaptured in Pará after 50 days of the escape. The federal government spent $ 6 million on hunting, an average of $ 121,000 per day.
