Perhaps you remember that several dozen years ago, access to delicacies was not as easy as it is today. In the Polish People’s Republic, grocery stores were empty and you could usually look for sweet snacks in them. Despite the difficult times, the housewives, however, were able to conjure up sweets from simple ingredients.
Not only meringue, halva or jelly, but also Home andruty, which they prepared, tasted great. They were served on ordinary plates or elegant paters in different versions. However, wafers with cocoa mass were particularly liked.

Preparation of cocoa wafers from the PRL according to the old grandmother’s recipe is not complicated. Once you get the ingredients for these classic sweets, dissolve margarine with sugar, milk and cocoa in a small saucepan. Cook them on low heat, stirring until combined into a uniform consistency.
When you get a thick mass, remove the pot from the heat and add powdered milk inside. Mix again exactly so that it combines with other ingredients.
Spread the waffle sheet, spread to cream, cover with another Andruit, brush again and add another waffle. Do the same time until you get five layers. Then put the finished andruta chopping board and set aside at night so that the mass can be attached to the waffle.
