A federal judge ordered on Tuesday (11) that health agencies of restoring sites that were abruptly taken down in response to a decree of the president determining that pages were cleaned with “extremism of gender ideology.”
The temporary restriction order of Washington DC District Judge John Bates was issued in response to a process of the Left Medical Activism Group Doctors for America, which claimed that the sight of the websites by the disease control and disease prevention center ( CDC) and Food and Remedies Administration (FDA) impaired the ability of doctors and researchers to combat disease.
Bates ordered all websites specifically identified by Doctors for America in their court documents to be restored until 11:59 pm local time, on Tuesday. It also determined that the government consult the group to identify any other material that doctors need and do the proper restoration by February 14.

The White House, the CDC and the FDA did not respond to requests for comments at first.
CDC materials include a behavioral health risks page among young people, which, according to Doctors for America, is important to understand healthcare challenges, including bullying and the use of electronic cigarettes; Pages with data on HIV prevalence and associated risk behaviors; and a page on how to do HIV tests.

The FDA has removed pages recommending the inclusion of more women and sub-presented groups in clinical tests, according to the process.
The removal of the websites has already impacted the work of doctors, according to the process. A doctor who works at a clinic for low -income communities in Chicago said in a statement to the court that he could not access CDC funds he normally used to combat a recent clamidal outbreak in a high school.
