The Civil Police of Espírito Santo (PCES) arrested a 19-year-old man on February 3, suspected of raping and blackmailing his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend to maintain forced sex with him, under the penalty of publicizing a Intimate video recorded without consent.
The arrest took place in Vitória (ES) and according to police information, fits the crime of “sexorsion”, which is the behavior of a person who has access to the victim’s intimate photos and videos, threatening her with the possible disclosure of this material.
The perpetrator of the threats is also investigated for the crime of rape, committed by violence and serious threat, since the young man has forced his teenager to have sex with him.
The young man, who released and sold photos of himself on an adult platform, told the victim that if she didn’t practice relationships, she would disclose the video.
According to reports collected by the police, since the beginning of the relationship, the man has always shown to be very aggressive and abusive, to the point of controlling everything she did.
Over time, she tried to finish this relationship, but he didn’t allow it. The young man even invaded this teenager’s school and jumping the wall to assault who he thought he was getting involved with the victim.
Shortly before the complaint, the suspect would be going three times a day to the adolescent stage, practicing the crime of stalking very intensively, referring many threat messages to the victim.
