Announced it on Monday (10.FEV.2025) a refinancing agreement of 1.3 billion euros. The negotiation was carried out with Blackstone and HPS Investment Partners, aiming to support the expansion of the company in key markets, including Brazil.
Refinancing offers the group a solid financial base for the continuity of its growth strategy, which covers the expansion in the Brazilian market, mergers and global acquisitions, as well as investments in technologies.
