Crunchy chicken bites. Make home nuggets with cheese

Homemade nuggets You will make ground chicken meat, you can buy ready or grind them yourself. In this version of the recipe was a delicious, stretching cheese center. The dish is very easy to do and does not require great culinary skills. Certainly it will taste both large and small gourmands.

To prepare nuggets with cheese, you will need:

  • 400 g of poultry meat (e.g. chicken legs),
  • 30 g of soft butter,
  • 120 g mozzarelli,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • ½ teaspoon of sweet pepper,
  • ½ teaspoon of smoked peppers,
  • a pinch of sugar,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 40 ml of milk,
  • salt, white pepper (to taste),
  • flour, breadcrumbs (for breading),
  • Oil (for frying).

Ready nuggets with cheese You can serve with your home sauce. This one works well Garlic-herb dip Based on Greek yogurt, garlic squeezed by Prague, chopped chives, lime peel, salt and pepper. It will also taste great with A spicy tomato sauce with fresh basil.

Grind the meat with a razor with fine mesh. Squeeze garlic through Prague. Combine the meat with butter (thanks to this the nuggets will be more juicy), garlic, both peppers and sugar. Take your hands to a smooth mass. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Divide the meat mass into small balls (there are as many as pieces of cheese). Flatten each ball in your hand to the pancake and wrap one piece of mozzarella tightly. Put the nuggets prepared in this way for half an hour in the freezer.

Got the eggs with milk in a bowl. Prepare two plates. A bit of flour on one rash, and on the other – breadcrumbs. Rub nuggets in turn in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.

Heat in a deep frying pan so much oil so that nuggets can immerse themselves in it at least halfway. Sleep in batches – about 3 minutes on each side. Put on a paper towel so that it absorbs excess fat. Serve hot nuggets with your favorite sauce.
