The President (PT) participates in this Thursday (13.FEV.2025), from 15h, of the delivery ceremony of housing units of the program. The delivery of 1,008 dwellings at Residencial Viver Outeiro, on the island of Caratateua (known as Outeiro) is expected to be delivered.
The venture is part of the program’s track 2 and benefits 5,000 people. At the ceremony, also participates Minister Jader Filho ().

With apartments distributed on 63 4 -story blocks and 4 units per floor, Viver Outeiro had an investment of R $ 97.2 million through the FAR (Residential Lease Fund), a federal government program that finances the construction of housing for families of families Low income.
The houses have 43.85 m² with living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and service area, and meet the demand for quality housing for families with gross income of up to R $ 2,850.
In the residential, 31 units are already adapted to people with disabilities and 221 units are adaptable.
About 3km from Viver Outeiro, a day care center, a school, a health post and a security station are located.
Lula’s agenda
The president participated earlier in Macapá (AP), a ceremony for the donation of Gleba Cumaú for land regularization and urbanization.
In addition to Jader Filho, the president was accompanied in Amapá of the president of, (União Brasil-AP), ministers Waldez Góes (), Paulo Teixeira (), Esther Dweck (), Camilo Santana () and Silvio Costa Filho (). The governor of Amapá, Clécio Luis (Solidarity), and the Senator (Rede-AP) will also be present.
At 1:10 pm, the president traveled to Belém (PA). At 19h, he participates in another ceremony, at Banco Amazônia, where he will make an announcement related to the oriented productive microcredit.
