Potato pancakes of boiled potatoes
You will need 500 grams of potatoes first for these ultra -simple potato pancakes. Wash them thoroughly with warm water and allow them to dry on a paper towel for a while. Subsequently, put the potatoes with the skin in a pot of water and cook them until soft. Then allow the potatoes to cool for a few minutes. When they are cold, grate them or crush them. Squeeze excess water.
Then put the crushed or grated potatoes in a larger bowl and pour 1 full cup of milk. Next, shake 1 eggs into a bowl, a reasonable amount of grated or ground garlic and marjoram, and add a pinch of salt. If you want, you can cut small pieces of sausages into the mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Then add 100 grams of plain flour and make the dough.
Perfect potato pancakes
Once you have the potato dough finished, heat the pan. Let it burn 150 grams of fat. Use a ladle to pick up the dough and fry on the pan. Bake potato pancakes from both sides until they are colored brown and crispy.
And you’re done. Now just transfer all the potato pancakes to the plate and get rid of excess fat before serving. You can do this using paper napkins. And voil, you can serve perfect potato potatoes that you didn’t even have to grate. Bon appetite!
