The PF (Federal Police) launched this Thursday (13.FEV.2025) the operation In order to investigate the possible deviation in parliamentary amendments to the Santa Cruz Hospital in Rio Grande do Sul. The crimes under investigation are those of embezzlement of public resources, active and passive corruption.
13 court orders were served, 11 search and seizure and 2 personal search. It was also determined the removal of the position and public functions of 2 investigated, in addition to the blocking of accounts of individuals and legal entities.
PF’s press office sent in a statement to Poder360 the partial balance of the operation. Read:
- More than R $ 350,000 in cash seized;
- 2 cell phones found in the lining of an office.
Judicial orders, authorized by (Supreme Court of Justice) were fulfilled in 5 cities of Rio Grande do Sul and Brasilia. The name of the investigated was not disclosed.
