It fulfills this Thursday (13) in Rio Grande do Sul 11 search and seizure warrants in investigation on misappropriation of parliamentary amendments.
The lawsuit was authorized by the minister of the (Supreme Federal Court), and aims at the amendments of Deputy Afonso Motta (PDT-RS). The report tries to locate the parliamentarian to hear him on the case.
The action was named Aimndafest, and crimes in calculation are embezzlement of public resources and active and passive corruption.
The court orders were met in the cities of Estrela, Rosario do Sul, Santa Cruz do Sul, Venâncio Aires and Lajeado, as well as Brasilia.
