Who can participate
The program is aimed at students who identify themselves as Black, brown or quilombolasand that are enrolled from the 5th semester in courses of public higher education institutions.
Nato or naturalized Brazilians, or foreigners with a national migratory registration portfolio, may participate, and must present the permanent residence authorization in Brazil.
