The former Minister of Justice once again called for an interim with former army commander General Freire Gomes and former Brazilian Air Force Commander Lieutenant-Air-Baptist Carlos Baptista Júnior.

Former Minister of Justice of Bolsonaro, Torres was indicted by the Federal Police (PF) in the investigation investigating the attempted coup d’état in 2023.
