An Austrian real estate developer is stringing a legal dispute around the James Bond brand. Specifically, the former Freedom Police Handyman Josef Kleindienst wants to use the name Bond, like a spokesman for the ORF a report by the British Guardian confirmed. Small service argues that the US company that has the trademark rights is not sufficiently benefits and therefore “James Bond 007” or the Sager “Bond, James Bond” may be used.
