Outside the City Council of after 27 years, Milton Leite () tries to maintain its influence in important areas, such as the Secretariat of Urbanism and Licensing (SMUL), in management (). This despite some setbacks.

At SMUL, Leite cultivates long friendship with Secretary Elisabete França. Both have known each other since the late 1990s. Elisabete has already headed the housing and mobility and transport folders, by the time they were under the then councilman’s power. Today, he presides over the Union State Directory.
Last Saturday (8), the former alderman was on the secretary’s birthday and posted photos of the party-one of them, Elisabete leans his head on the breast of milk.
“I am very proud of what we have done together for our peripheries,” wrote the former alderman. “Happy birthday and a big kiss from your eternal friend, Milte.”

SMUL has a budget of R $ 1 billion, lower than housing (R $ 4.17 billion) and transportation (R $ 11.1 billion). However, Elisabete’s portfolio has attributions such as promoting licenses to enterprises – whether to build, reform and regularize – and deals with topics related to the zoning law.
Another godson of milk in the current management is engineer Milton Personi, who was announced by Nunes on Thursday (6) to chair the CET (Traffic Engineering Company).
Earlier, Persoli has been at the head of Artesp (São Paulo State Transport Agency) and at Dersa (SA Highway Development). These two nominations are credited to milk.
