Münster/Berlin – The public -law German broadcaster ARD does not have to invite the top candidate of the Left -wing populist party BSW, Sahra Wagenknecht, to her program “Wahlarena 2025 for the Bundestag election”. A corresponding decision by the Cologne Administrative Court was confirmed by the North Rhine-Westphalian Higher Administrative Court (OVG) in the urgent procedure, the OVG announced on Friday. Due to the editorial concept of the program, the non -consideration of the BSW is justified.
