Deco follows the developments of the case called “Board Cartel”, lamenting this decision, which, according to the news, will be appealed by the Competition Authority (ADC). The association recalls that this decision does not delete the damage caused to banking customers – consumers and companies, by the practices adopted by the banks in question.

by the Competition Court, of 11 banks for exchange of sensitive information about the credit market to families and companies for over a decade, the decision of the Lisbon Court of Appeal that could annul the fines to the banks involved.
