Do you fancy something sweet? Oreo cheesecake always succeeds

Oreo cheesecake can successfully replace the cake at celebrations. If you care about a spectacular and easy to make dessert, it will be the perfect choice. The bottom is made of crushed cookies and butter, thanks to which – even after baking – it remains moist. The interior of Oreo cookies is added to the velvet cheese mass, which goes to the bottom, which enriches the cream and turns up its taste. The whole looks appetizing and elegant. Already at the first bite you will feel that the dessert literally melts in the mouth.

Ingredients:

  • 16 Oreo cakes,
  • 10 cocoa biscuits,
  • 70 g of butter,
  • 500 g of cream cheese or ground cheesecake curd three times,
  • 100 ml of cream 30%,
  • 150 g cukru,
  • 2 eggs,
  • yolk,
  • Packaging of cream pudding.

For decoration:

  • a few additional Oreo cakes,
  • Chocolate topping.

Method of performance:

Melt the butter in a saucepan. It does not have to be fully liquid. Spread the Oreo cakes, pull out the mass from them to a separate bowl. Dram the remaining parts with cocoa biscuits. Combine with melted butter. Put the bottom and sides of the cake with a diameter of 18 cm and place it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Pull out.

Mix the remaining cream cream briefly with cream cheese. Add sugar, eggs and yolk. Blend. Pour the cream in batches, still mixing. Finally, mix in a cream pudding powder.

Pull the bottom out of the fridge. Pour the prepared mass on the baked bottom. Place again in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius for about 50-60 minutes. After this time, leave it without opening the door for 10-15 minutes. After this time, fight with the oven ajar.

When the cheesecake is cold, you can decorate it with chocolate coating (melt the chocolate plate with a bit of liquid cream) and Oreo cookies.
