The 15 -year -old teenager RNF was the victim of physical assault and rape while participating in a drunkenness in a bar at dawn on Saturday (15), located at Antonio da Rocha Viana Avenue, in the Vila Nova neighborhood of Rio Branco.
According to police information, the teenager was participating in a drunkenness at Liras Bar, in the company of her boyfriend, also the 15 -year -old teenager EP. At one point, the teenager went to a wasteland behind the bar to do her physiological needs. At this point, the accused Geilson da Silva Barbosa, 26, took advantage and went after the girl and attacked her.

Due to the high sound of the party, the requests for relief were not heard by almost anyone, only one person passing by Copaíba Street, which is located at the back of the bar, noticed the movement and shouts of the naked victim, being assaulted and raped by the suspect .
Quickly, several people who were in the commercial establishment went to the wasteland and helped the victim and, in possession of slats, stones and bricks, began to assault Geilson, who had bruises and cuts in the head, face, arms and legs. Already the victim caught a lot and had a swollen face, and several bruises throughout the body.
The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) was triggered and sent two basic support ambulances to provide the first calls to the victim and the author of the rape and the aggressions. The underage was naked and was welcomed and wrapped up by an apron used by the medical team. Both were sent to the Rio Branco Emergency Room, apparently in a stable health.
Hours later, Geilson was discharged and was taken to the Specialized Women’s Assistance Police Station (Deam), where he should be responsible for rape and physical aggression to the woman, with the aggravation of her being underage.
Military police from the 3rd Battalion were at the scene serving the victim and holding the perpetrator.

A scene that does not have much explanation was recorded by the bar safety circuit. The images shows the teenager (EP), the victim’s boyfriend, moments before the confusion, talking to the alleged author (Geilson da Silva) and two other unidentified men. One of them passes something looking like money to the young woman’s boyfriend.
The case is being investigated by the Specialized Women’s Service Police Station (Deam).
