A 19 -year -old Palestinian dies in northern West Bank for shots of the Israeli army
A 19 -year -old Palestinian died late on Friday night due to the gunfire of Israeli troops in the Askar refugee camp, near Nablus (northern Bank), the Ministry of Palestinian Health has confirmed.
The young man, identified as Adel Ahmed Adel Bashkar, was shot in the chest during an army raid near Askar, according to the official Palestinian news agency, Wafa. He was transferred to the hospital, where he was classified as serious injured and finally succumbed to his wounds. With Bashkar, there are already 81, of them 11 minors (according to Wafa’s count), the Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks in the West Bank who has suffered a drastic increase of rags of troops and colonists’ attacks since this 2025 began.
“We are engaged in hard fighting with the forces of the Zionist enemy that broke into the Ashkar camp,” the martyrs of Al Aqsa brigades announced in their dissemination channels, armed arm linked to the Fatah secular movement. All of them died in Nur Shams for shots of the Israeli army shortly after the operation extended there.
Thousands of people were forced to leave their homes in Nur Shams in the early hours of Wednesday. Around 40,000 Palestinians have been forced to move since the Israeli macrooperation began in northern Bank and today celebrates 26 days, according to the UN agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA).
Yenín’s refugee camp, historical bastion of the Palestinian militias, has become a ghost city, and Israeli defense minister, Israel Katz, has already warned that the army will maintain a presence in the area even after ending The offensive.
