Yes, radiators should be replaced by heat pumps in most households at a time of time. But how does it work? Basically in a very similar sense, such as a refrigerator. The refrigerator takes heat to the food and then warms the room by heat. Of course, the heat pump does not take heat from food, but from the surrounding environment, where it is unlimited. For example, from the air or from the ground using an antifreeze mixture. But how does it work in detail?
The antifreeze heated by natural heat is drained into the so -called heat pump evaporator. There is handed over the refrigerant that circulates inside the device. The refrigerant is evaporated in the evaporator and the gas is sucked by the compressor. There, the heated gas refrigerant is compressed, and thanks to its compression its temperature increases vigorously, roughly to some 80 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, the warm gas goes to the capacitor, from where the heat is transferred to the heating water throughout the house.
More powerful, cheaper, better
So what are the advantages of heat pumps and when is the pump 100 % worthwhile? The heat pump is ideal especially for family houses that have partial insulation. If you want both the heating and cooling source, the heat pump is a good investment. At the same time, it is an incredible advantage that you can use a heat pump to ensure virtually effortless heating. And the last incredibly important advantage is that you breathe healthy air at home to help a healthier climate around the world.
