According to information from the victim’s wife, Edicarlo was drinking in a bar when he eventually stepped on a dog’s foot. The owner of the establishment ordered him to leave the place along with his wife and daughter accompanying him. Before leaving, the owner struck a third -way blow that hit the head of the monitor. After the incident, Edicarlo went home and asked for help from family members.
The family members called the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), and a basic support ambulance was sent to the scene. The paramedics provided first aid to Edicarlo. However, even with a deep cut in the head, he refused to be taken to the Rio Branco emergency room to receive medical attention.

Minutes later, the victim fainted again and asked Samu again, who sent a basic support ambulance and an advanced support. The teams made the first calls and sent the man to the Rio Branco Emergency Room in serious condition.
The Military Police were at the residence, collected information and searched the region to try to locate the perpetrator, but he was not found.
The case will be investigated by the Civil Police.
