The United States are consulting the European allies about any conflict solutions in Ukraine and what are the prospects for the postwar period. Government source confirmed to SIC that Portugal was one of the countries consulted.
Still this Monday is marked a convened by Emmanuel Macron, with a unique theme on the agenda: the Ukraine. The Portuguese government will be absent, although it is in “Permanent contact with European and transatlantic partners”guaranteed Luís Montenegro in a publication on the social network X.
According to international news agencies, at this meeting will be the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyenthe President of the European Council, António Costaas well as heads of government from seven countries and NATO General Secretary Mark Rutte.
