Pampuchy is delicate yeast noodles, usually steamed. However, this is not the only opportunity to prepare them. Pampuchy Białystok are baked in the oven, under the passenger made of minced meat and potatoes, thanks to which they soak in a unique aroma.
To make this recipe, you need:
Cake:
- 200 g of wheat flour,
- 100 ml of milk,
- 1 egg,
- 30 g of fresh yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 1 pinch of salt.
Mięsna time:
- 200 g of minced beef meat,
- 150 g of potatoes,
- 1 onion,
- ½ teaspoon salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
- Olive to smear the mold.
Prepare the cake.
Spread the yeast in milk with the addition of sugar. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and set aside for 10 minutes until the mixture begins to burst.
Sift the remaining flour into a bowl and make a cavity. Pour the yeast leaven and other ingredients for the dough. Mix until smooth.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and set aside to rise in a warm place, to double the volume.
Prepare the meat mass.
Peel the potatoes and onions and cut into very small cubes.
Mix vegetables with meat and spices in a bowl.
Fold the dish.
Move the dough to the top sprinkled with flour and roll out into a fairly thick cake measure of an even thickness.
Cut the wheels with a glass. Thanks to this, you will get pampuchy of the same size, thanks to which they will all cook at the same time.
Grease the heat -resistant dish with a thin layer of olive oil. Form the cake pancakes in slightly flattened balls and place in the dish. Put them in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for about 8-10 minutes. Take out
At the top of the pampuchs, spread evenly prepared meat mass. Brush it with olive oil with a silicone brush.
Put the whole again in the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the meat and potatoes are completely baked.
Pampuchy Białystok remove from the oven and serve hot, poured with sauce produced during baking.
