A 4.7 magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale hit the Lisbon region in the early afternoon of Monday, February 17, and many people have been shaken.
Rita Ferro Rodrigues was one of them and made a point of sharing an outburst on her Instagram account, by the way what she felt.
