Celso Lascasas He founded Laskasas when he was 29 and, as it turns out, did not hide that he had high financial ambitions, even as a teenager.
A Laskas It is a Portuguese brand of furniture and design of interiors. Created 21 years ago, headquartered in Rebordosa, Paredes, but has already spread: 12 stores in Portugal, 2 outside the country – Punta Cana and Qatar.
Celso Lascasas began working at the age of 14. He was a cabinetmaker apprentice. Left the school early because he thought: “I don’t want to depend on anyonenot always asking for money. ”
It was good with his uncle, with whom he worked as a cabinetmaker, but “often for the bathroom to cry, because there were situations that passed the reasonable line.”

Did not receive salary for a year and a half; reinvested everything in the company. Laskasas grew and today employs 500 people and closed last year with a turnover of about 40 million euros.
But having a lot of money in Portugal is not always well seen: “I like to make money, but sometimes it seems that it is a crime”.
Celso assures that he has nothing to hide: “I have made it happen and I have morals,” but there is a sense that there are many bosses in Portugal who hide their lifestyle.
