On Sunday, the website of the (National Institute of Meteorology) indicated that the cariocas will face a temperature of 44º this Monday (17.FEV) and then the heat will be in the 41st.
If the projections of the national weathering agency are confirmed, the river will exceed the hottest record of the hottest ever recorded in February, which is 41.8 ° C, in 2023.
In São Paulo, temperatures should also reach a maxim on Monday (17.FEV), with 38 ° C. In the rest of the period, Inmet estimates that Paulistas should withstand a heat of up to 35 ° C.
The São Paulo Civil Defense has asked the state residents to avoid sun exposure – specially during physical activities – at the hottest times of the day, from 10am to 4pm, and use sunscreen, caps or hats and light clothes.
