China President Xi Jinping said on Monday that private companies should strengthen confidence and promised to protect the entrepreneurs’ legitimate rights and interests, the official news agency Xinhua said.
The difficulties and challenges currently faced by the private sector are temporary, not long -term, and can be overcome, Xi told business leaders in a symposium.
Industry representatives, including Huawei and Byd, spoke at the meeting, according to Xinhua.
