This is not a rare sight. These small creatures can enter through an open door, window or even small cracks in the building structure. If you prefer to avoid using strong chemical preparations in the fight against insects in the apartment, then put on ecological ways to get rid of ants from home. There are several effective and natural remedies for ants. One of them involves the use of baking soda or baking powder. They should be scattered in a place where ants are in large numbers. Its use in food cabinets is good, in which these insects nested. How does baking powder work or soda for ants? Well, when covetous insects eat them, they just die and you will never see the tours of ants in your kitchen again.
Home remedies for ants at home
In addition to described above, there are several effective ways. First of all, it is worth knowing that there are fragrances that crush ants. These little insects simply hate the smell: thyme, wormwood, lavender, mint, garlic and parsley. Therefore, these vegetables and herbs should be put in your kitchen. The sharp smell of vinegar also scares off ants. Prepare a solution of water with vinegar in a 2: 1 ratio and spray it with the places where they appear.
