Casserole with ham It’s an idea for lunch or a warm dinner when you don’t have time to prepare meals at home for a long time. It has a simple list of ingredients, and it is delicious in taste. Such a dish will be great for a few days, because it is easy to reheat.
Below you will find the basic list of necessary products, but this dish can be varied. Peppers, dried tomatoes, corn, olives, or maybe mozzarella? What additions will be in the casserole depends only on your taste preferences.
For preparation ham casserolesyou will need:
- 350 g of longitudinal pasta,
- 200 g of canned ham in slices,
- 150 g of grated cheese,
- 1 onion,
- 250 ml of cream 30 percent,
- 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate,
- half a teaspoon of dried basil,
- half a teaspoon of parsley,
- half a teaspoon of granulated garlic,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Boil water and salt in a pot. Put the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the packaging. During this time, cut the canned ham into small squares. Chop the onion finely. Mix the cream with tomato concentrate, basil, parsley and granulated garlic. Salt and gray. Mix thoroughly with a fork.
Add drained pasta from water to the heat -resistant dish. Transfer the ham and onion. Mix everything well. Pour the prepared sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Put the casserole with ham in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
