Of course You can’t buy original Dubai chocolate in any Polish pastry shop or supermarket. You will not get it on the Internet or a stationary store, although there are available products with a similar taste, reminiscent of a popular product from Asia.
They are very pistachio and contain a filo cake (katifi also called angel hair due to the structure). However, you can get these ingredients yourself and Prepare your own version of Dubai chocolate. You will do it according to a simple recipe.
Ingredients for Dubai chocolate in the home version:
- milk chocolate – 200 grams
- katifi cake – 60 g
- Pistachio nuts (unsalted shelled) – 100 grams
- Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
- butter – 1 teaspoon
- Tahini paste – 1 teaspoon (it will also be without)
- sweetened condensed milk – 180 grams
You will also use a silicone chocolate -shaped silicone mold. Preferably with dimensions of 25×13.5×2 cm. They can be a little different. However, if they are much larger, modify the proportions of the ingredients.

Cut the chocolate into the smallest possible pieces knife. When you chop it, dissolve it with the addition of oil in a water bath. Pour half the portion into the mold and spread it fairly evenly with a brush, not skipping the edge.
