Tahini paste is good not only for slimming. It improves memory and concentration. Supports maintaining normal blood pressure and reduces the risk of atherosclerosis. In addition, it contributes to lowering LDL, or “bad cholesterol”, and strengthening the immune system. It also has anti -inflammatory effect.

The easiest way will be if we buy sesame paste and start adding it to morning coffee. However, we can prepare Tahini ourselves. How to do it?

We need to roast about 500 g of sesame grains in a pannot forgetting about mixing. Then blend them with 6 tablespoons of olive oil. A mass with a creamy consistency will then be created, which we translate into a jar at the end. We keep it in the fridge.

Remember to add 1 teaspoon of tahini paste to freshly brewed, slightly cooled coffeewhich is poured or made in an espresso machine. It also tastes great with the addition of milk, but let’s consider that it increases the caloric content of this coffee drink.
