A process to hire consultants from a project that seeks to train secretariats from the Ministry of Racial Equality selected people close to the minister, including a friend and godmother of marriage and a former coordinator of the Marielle Franco Institute.
The project “Black People Reconstruction and Development” is the result of a technical cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Racial Equality and the CAF (Latin America and Caribbean Development Bank).
Six vacancies were opened, one of coordinator and five of thematic consultancies, with budget banked by CAF.
The coordination post aims to monitor the global execution of the project, doing a work plan and monitoring the activities developed by the other hired consultants. The budget for this position is $ 66,000 (about $ 342,000) for a 12 -month consultancy.
