Sanatoriums are a treatment place for many people who improve their health condition or recover after illness or accident or struggle with chronic diseases. The regulations, however, prevent some from going to the spa. Check what it results from and who cannot go to the sanatorium.

To get a referral to, a person should meet the requirements set by the National Health Fund. The legal basis that covers this topic are the provisions placed in the Regulation of the Ministry of Health of 2012.

The most important principles on the basis of which the doctor may issue a referral includes issues such as the requirement of the patient’s independence.
