Highgate Portugal is looking for new talents to integrate the teams of the four new hotel units that will open in the Algarve in the second quarter of this year. The projects include Westin Salgados Beach Resort, Algarve Marriott Salgados Golf Resort & Conference Center, Marriott Residences Salty Resort and the Algarve Atlantic Kimpton.
With over 400 opportunities available in various areas, from accommodation to food and beverage, the company will promote two recruitment events called “Higher Talent”, which will take place in the Clubhouse of Salgados Golf Club.
The first event will take place on February 21, between 15:00 and 19:00, dedicated to the Algarve Kimpton Atlantic, to inaugurate briefly in Albufeira. Under the theme “Sunset no Kimpton”, candidates will be able to know all the vacancies available in an environment animated by a DJ.
Already on February 24, from 10:00 to 14:00, it will be the turn of the Marriott units to present their job offers, with the event “Brunch in Marriott”, also accompanied by live music.
During the two events, candidates will have the opportunity to know Highgate’s culture and values, evaluate the opportunities presented and understand if they meet their career expectations. In addition, they will be able to talk directly with the team leaders, who will be available to clarify doubts and know the professional ambitions of each candidate, in a relaxed environment, with drinks and snacks.
Highgate Portugal’s Human Resources team will also be present, providing tips and guidance on how to achieve success in the hotel industry.
