The lawyer says that the senator also made, during the meeting with the rapporteur of the committee, unfounded criticism of the members of the Supreme Court itself.
“His declarations, marked by falsehoods and malicious innuendo, not only affront the honor of the applicant and the STF ministers, but also compromise the image and sovereignty of Brazil before the international community,” says the play, signed by Carvalho and lawyers Hugo Leonardo, Fabiana Logullo and Marcelo Pucci Maia.
They ask Malta to respond in 48 hours to questions, otherwise it is criminally responsible for the offenses.
