Process against surgeon, due to suspected abuse of 299 children

Vannes – A surgeon in France that has already been imprisoned because of other cases of child abuse is suspected of having sexually abused 299 of his young patients. His victims were eleven years old on average. From Monday, the 74-year-old will be on trial in a mammoth procedure in Vanne’s Breton. There are striking parallels to the trial against the series -rapist Dominique Pelicot in Avignon more than two months ago.
