South Korea prohibits Deepseek app due to safety concerns

South Korea has temporarily banned the Chinese Ki app Deepseek, which caused the tech world as well as the stock exchanges in turmoil on January 20. The decision was justified with data protection concerns. After serious security concerns against the application became public, there is also a debate about a possible ban in other countries, such as in the USA.
