Startup Acceleraí is transforming the scenario of advertising by creating an innovative model that connects small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to large celebrities. Founded in 2019 within the Pullse agency, the company has grown rapidly, offering a scalable and affordable model that allows companies of any size to have names such as Rodrigo Faro, Juliana Paes, Cauã Reymond, Giovanna Antonelli, Deborah Secco, Murilo Benício and Gloria Saucer in their advertising campaigns.
The Way of Success
Allan Barros, founder and CEO of Acceleraí, participated in the “from scratch to the top” podcast, where he shared his trajectory and valuable insights on entrepreneurship. Born in Mogi das Cruzes, Greater Sao Paulo, Allan began working at age 12, cleaning pools. At 17, he got a job in a local newspaper, where he learned to set up ad pages using the then recent electronic publishing technology. With this experience, he set up a small business, attracting many customers, but without management knowledge, chose to gain experience working in the advertising area of large retail networks.

When he left, he founded an agency that would become one of the largest in Brazil and was sold years later. In 2015, he founded Pullse, which soon became a big hit. Within Pullse, Acceleraí was born, with the mission of making advertising with celebrities accessible to SMEs.
The innovative model
Acceleraí’s solution is a scalable system in which the same campaign is used by several similar segments advertisers, diluting costs and optimizing the artists’ agenda. This model increases the visibility of small businesses, offering high impact campaigns that were previously restricted to major brands.

For customers, the process is simplified: the company chooses the celebrity and the desired format, and now has pre-produced or personalized content via IA in its campaign. For artists, the model allows us to concentrate images and videos for thousands of advertising pieces of brands of different segments, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, dealers and fashion retail. In addition, Acceleraí has a rigorous customer curatorship process, analyzing legal proceedings, financial history and reputation on social networks before allowing an advertiser to use its platform.
Impact and Growth
In just five years, Acceleraí has served more than 5,000 customers and has produced more than 30,000 advertising campaigns for companies throughout Brazil. Currently, it has 120 celebrities in its cast.

Technology and CRM
Acceleraí’s success is also due to the focus on the efficient management of customer relationships. In 2023, the company implemented the solutions of Salesforce, a global CRM leader to optimize its processes. With tools such as Marketing Cloud and Einstein AI, the agency has been able to reduce sales time from 21 to 11 days, increase client recurrence from 35% to 65% and raise NPS to 89, one of the senior in the industry.
“If we once had a fragmented process, today we can integrate the entire journey of the customer, from first contact to the final conversion. This has increased our efficiency and reduced operating costs, ”says Allan Barros.

The adoption of improved communication with customers and increased the efficiency of the commercial team. The platform allows you to segment and nourish leads in a personalized way, ensuring that each customer receives relevant information at each stage of the sales funnel. With Marketing Cloud, Acceleraí has replaced the manual work of pre-sale professionals, or SDRs, with an automated qualification, improving customer experience and saving time.
Advice for Entrepreneurs
In the podcast, Allan gave valuable advice to those who undertake or want to undertake. One is to seek complementary teams. “Many entrepreneurs tend to look for partners and employees who think in the same way, which can limit the diversity of ideas and solutions. It is important to recognize their own limitations and choose partners that can supply these gaps, making the business more robust and prepared to grow. ”
Another advice is to learn about the fundamentals of economics. “This knowledge should be an essential part of the formation of any professional who wants to turn an idea into a successful business, as it allows more strategic decisions, to avoid financial errors and conduct a venture more efficiently,” he said.
Personal recommendations
Speaking about his spare time, Allan quoted reading as one of his passions. He recommended the book “The Problem of the Three Bodies” by Chinese author Liu Cixin, and the series based on this work available on streaming platforms. “These works combine science fiction and philosophical reflections in an original and thought -provoking way.”
