Isabela Jucá Portela, just 17, broke the most grade record obtained to enter the medical course at the Federal University of Acre (Ufac).

The grade obtained by the girl, with the addition of the regional bonus, intended for students who completed high school, was 912.6 points. The bonus has been applied since 2019 to the able students.

Portela had already won a vacancy at the Federal University of Paraíba, through the Unified Selection System (Sisu), however, the girl’s main objective was to study medicine in the state of Acre.
