Pancakes are mainly associated with sweet stuffing, but in a dry version they can also be delicious. Baked chicken pancakes are a great example that a traditional dish can be served in a new setting. Fluffy cake, melting stuffing and cheese fences in the mouth form an aromatic and very filling combination. When you lack an idea for dinner or family complains about classic pancakes, prepare such a dish. Certainly everyone will like it.
Ingredients:
- 200-250 g of wheat flour,
- 250 ml of milk,
- 250 ml of sparkling mineral water,
- 2 eggs (+2 for cheese fever),
- a pinch of salt,
- clarified butter (for frying),
- 600 g of chicken breast fillet,
- 250 g of ground cottage cheese (you can use “with a bucket” cottage cheese),
- 2-3 tablespoons of natural yogurt (optional),
- 2-3 cloves of garlic,
- a small bunch of dill,
- 2 teaspoons of Kebab-Gyros,
- salt, pepper (to taste),
- clarified butter (for frying).
Method of performance:
Prepare the meat. Clean the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle them with the Kebab-Gyros crossing (or other chicken spice you like).
Make a cake for pancakes. Sift through a strainer, flour and salt. Combine milk, sparkling water and eggs in a bowl. Mix with a whisk. Gradually, add sifted flour to the bowl, stirring constantly (whisk or mixer). It should have the consistency of rare cream – flow freely from the spoil immersed in it, but leaving a thin layer on its back. Set aside the dough for half an hour and mix again.
Prepare a pancake pan with a diameter of about 25 cm. Heat on a medium power burner. Grease a little clarified butter before frying each pancake. Apply the dough with a vase spoon and then spread evenly on the surface of the pan. Fry each pancake for about 45 seconds on one side and about 30 seconds after turning to the other side. Set fried pancakes from cooling.
Fry the chicken in a small amount of clarified butter.
Prepare the filling. Peel and squeeze garlic through Prague. Chop the dill finely. Combine cottage cheese with garlic and dill. If the cottage cheese is quite thick and dry, you can add yogurt to it. Mix cottage cheese with chicken. Season with salt and pepper. He will fill the pancakes with stuffing, rolling them into rolls.
Grate yellow cheese with medium mesh. Mix with broken eggs. Put the oven baking tray with baking paper. Place 8 pancakes on it in pairs. Put part of the yellow cheese on them. Place at the top (through the center) of each pair after another pancake. Spread the rest of the cheese stove on top.
Put the baking tray into the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for about 20 minutes.
