Former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) participates on the morning of Wednesday, 19, in a meeting in Brasilia with opposition parliamentarians to report the Attorney General’s Office (PGR).
The meeting was organized at the home of the opposition leader in the House, federal deputy Zucco (PL-RS), in Brasilia. It is expected that up to 30 parliamentarians will participate in the meeting.
Bolsonaro’s allies strategy at this first moment is to contest the complaint on the grounds that the (PF) against the former president are fragile.
Parliamentarians also bet on a rhetoric that the complaint ignites the country. Former Minister Gilson Machado cited, for example, statements by Defense Minister José Múcio that Bolsonaro would have collaborated with the transition from government in 2022.
