Florida’s 27 -year -old Mordechai Brafman was arrested on Sunday 16/2 in Miami Beach and accused of two attempts to kill, a day after shot 17 times against a car in which he thought he saw two Palestinians inside.
However, police said the victims were actually two Israeli tourists visiting the US. Ari Rabey and his father, who initially thought they were targeted by anti -Semitic attack, were injured by the bullets.
The US -Islamic Relations Council has called on Brafman charges of hate crime.
