Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid, a former Jair Bolsonaro orders, asked, in the award-winning collaboration agreement with the Federal Police, four items as benefits for helping in the investigation.
The agreement was signed on August 28, 2023 and released in full, on Wednesday (19), after the Supreme Court Minister (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, removes the confidentiality of four volumes.
Among Cid’s requests was the maximum penalty of 2 years, if convicted, as well as protection for the family.

- Judicial forgiveness or deprivation of liberty not exceeding 2 years
- Restitution of assets and values seized
- Extension of benefits for father, wife and greater daughter, as compatible
- Federal Police action to ensure the safety of the employee and their family members
The closed denunciation with the PF was approved by the STF in September of the same year.
On the other hand, Cid pledged to always tell the truth and pass on to help with the investigation and deliver all documents, papers, writings, photographs, recordings of audio and video signals that can contribute to the elucidation of crimes, object of collaboration.
Award -winning collaboration is an agreement between an investigated or defendant and the authorities, in which the employee provides information on crimes in exchange for benefits, if approved by the court. The agreement is a legal instrument that aims to obtain evidence and combat organized crime, formalized by Law 12.850/2013.
